4 Ways Swiss Build Can Increase Your Home Value:

1. Extend your kitchen. Extensions are a great way to add value to your property by creating more space, opening out the property to make your kitchen more social and open plan. Not only does it increase practicality, it also improves the aesthetic.
2. Convert your cellar. Cellars are often massively overlooked – they are usually an empty, large unused space below the house that could easily be turned into a cinema room, gym or playroom.

Happy Friday everyone!

As the week draws to a close we have two projects in their very final stages today. One being a loft conversion in Kingsthorpe, this has been one of our favourite projects to do and we are super excited to put the final touches on it. We’ll be able to show you a case study on this shortly so keep your eyes peeled!

Our garage conversion over in Irchester has received so much positive feedback from passers-by and neighbours, which makes us really proud of our work. On this project as well we really went the extra mile - we put in some extra brick work to match the existing porch so it flowed nicely.

We would also like to welcome on board two new members of Swiss Build! First off we have Ben who is the newly appointed Peachy Swiss, and he is joining the team as an experience carpenter. Next we have the lovely Ash aka Hungry Swiss who is our newest apprentice electrician!
