The electrical first fix is underway on one of our current projects in Ollerton, Knutsford. A rear single storey extension, with a kitchen renovation and a new detached double garage, with McCombie Construction Ltd. 🏠

An electrical condition report has just been completed on the existing property, with a new consumer unit planned, increasing the safety of the property and upgrading the installation to current regulations.⚡️

A bespoke car charging post installed on one of our current projects on Legh road, Knutsford.

The client needed to relocate the charger, due to a new driveway being made, but didn’t want the charger to stand too tall in his mature, landscaped front garden! We also added some additional garden lighting. Tested and certified.

We are currently working on the main house renovation and extension, there will be some great pictures of this one to follow soon. ⚡️

Phase 1 of a driveway transformation in Stockton heath completed last week with McCombie Construction Ltd. New armoured cable circuits installed, tested and certified. ⚡️

We used Collingwood ground and wall lights, controlled by a day and night sensor, and smart phone app to set switching times and provide smart phone control. 📲
