The uncertainty of artex. What was going to be a quick skim over , ended up with the artex peeling off with distemper underneath, the problem was rectified and then skimmed. It cost us a day but stuck to our quote and a very pleased customer!

Hall stairs and landing ceilings skimmed over artex. Cleans the feel of the entrance.

This was a messy one, old lath and plaster came down. New plasterboard put up then skimmed, just coving to finish 👍.
