Not every part of a build is about what you can see taking shape.

Behind every project are the conversations, decisions, problem-solving and planning that happen along the way.

Ben is always around on sites going through the next stages and making sure every detail is considered before the work moves forward.

Stone cladding like this doesn’t just add texture and character it helps give a space its own identity.

At BJC Construction, no two projects are ever the same, and that’s exactly how we like it. Every finish, feature and material choice is carefully considered to create something unique to the property and finished to the highest standard.

Another progress update from this Norfolk project, and it’s incredible to see just how much is changing with every visit.

The extension is taking shape, the internal structure is coming together and work is progressing across the roof too. You can really start to get a feel for the scale of the transformation now.

There’s still plenty to come, but this is going to be an amazing space once complete. We’ll keep sharing the progress as the project develops.

Taking shape in North Norfolk 🏡

A little progress update from one of our current North Norfolk projects, and the extension is really starting to come together.

The structure is up, the roof is going on and you can now really begin to see the scale of the transformation. There’s still plenty happening behind the scenes, but it’s great to look back and see just how far this one has already come.

A video update from this project is coming soon, along with plenty more progress from some of our other BJC sites across Norfolk. 👷‍♂️

Progress doesn’t always look pretty, but this is the part we love to show.

A few months ago, we were sharing the roof going on at our Riverside Apartments project in Norwich. Now, we’re walking through floors at completely different stages of the build.

Kitchens are going in. Bathrooms are taking shape. Carpets are being laid. Elsewhere, plastering is underway and spaces are being prepared for their next stage.

And yes, there’s still mess. There are tools, protective coverings and plenty of signs that this is very much a working site.

But that’s exactly why we share it.

At BJC, we’re incredibly proud of the finished projects, but we’re just as proud of everything it takes to get there. The start, the middle, the messy bits and eventually, the finished result.

The Riverside Apartments are getting closer and closer… and what a transformation it’s already been. 👏

Plenty happening now, but some projects are too good not to look back on. 👏🏡

With projects currently progressing across Norfolk and new ones getting underway, there’s certainly no shortage of things happening at BJC Construction.

But amongst all the current site updates, we thought we’d make some room for a few of our previously completed projects too… starting with this one.

From the progress stages through to that finished result, this was a brilliant project to be part of. The combination of traditional flint, contemporary black cladding, striking rooflines and all that glazing came together beautifully.

We’ve got plenty to share from our current projects over the coming weeks, but every now and then we’ll be dipping back into the BJC archives too. There are some seriously good transformations in there that deserve to be seen! 👀

✨ The Riverside Apartments are really starting to come together…

It’s been a little while since we shared a full update from our Yarmouth Road project, and the progress across these six riverside apartments has been incredible.

From the initial build and structural stages to now seeing kitchens going in, bathrooms taking shape, flooring and carpets being laid and those all-important finishing details beginning to appear, these spaces are finally starting to feel like homes.

The top floor is moving into those final stages, while work continues at pace throughout the other levels with plastering, decorating, flooring and second-fix works all progressing.

And then there’s that view… 😍

Some of the apartments look directly out across the river, with huge windows and doors making the absolute most of the setting. It’s easy to imagine just how special these are going to be once everything is finished.

A huge amount of work has gone into getting the project to this point, and we’re looking forward to showing you even more as we head towards completion.

More progress on site… 👏🏡

Things are really starting to take shape on this Norfolk renovation, with the new first-floor structure now well underway and the transformation becoming more visible with every passing day.

A huge credit to the team, who continue to push on through the heat, keeping standards high and the project moving forward safely and efficiently. 💪

We’re looking forward to sharing even more progress as this one continues to come together.

Progress is happening from every angle.

While parts of this home are still being carefully stripped back, the new extension is already beginning to take shape. It’s always exciting to reach the stage where the vision starts becoming reality.

From structural work to new timber framing, every step is bringing this incredible transformation one step closer to completion. The team have been working tirelessly through the summer heat, and the progress over the last few weeks has been fantastic.

We can’t wait to share more as this project continues to evolve—it’s going to be a stunning home when it’s finished.
