Renovation we completed before Christmas,
Several ceilings removed and all re plastered all coving removed also two en-suites added upstairs new kitchen and lots of painting what a transformation for a student accommodation!🛁

Maybe someone at college doing plumbing but are free on a Friday and want to gain more experience and be more hands on,

Renovation for a landlord ready for new students
Adding two ensuites to bedrooms and a main bathroom upstairs which was all bedrooms previously all pipework drainage stud work self levelling windows electrics plastering and painting also having building control in and anglian water to sign off connection to the drainage this has created so much for the new students to love there new home now just the finish the kitchen and flooring all throughout the downstairs 👏
