Today was a nice challenge
Not only was the tree leaning heavily toward the customers shed , but was also being supported by the sycamores in front
The tree had a very noticeable fracture at the bottom
This meant we had to be very aware that the tree may fall when the supporting branches were removed
But even in a confined space ,with all the risk factors considered, we got it down safely .

Hi all! just a polite reminder.
Although its nesting season.
I will guarantee a pre-inspection a few days before I carry out any work on an accepted quote, this will ensure the trees/hedges are clear of any nesting birds before I start work.
prioritizing preservation, creating habitat, refusing unnecessary work and replacing any felled trees with similar species, are just a small ammount of many rules I stick by to ensure I'm playing my part in helping nature thrive.

What a great start to the year!

The past few weeks, I've mainly been climbing.

The reason I enjoy this kind of work, is because it makes it possible to work safely and accurately on any size tree in any environment
This enables me to:
*Remove a tree in a " hard to fell" area
*Remove overhanging branches, roadside or over properties
*Safely avoid damage to lawns or patio areas

Rigging enables the climber to safely remove and lower all parts of the tree in a safe and controlled manner, avoiding the risk of any damage to a customer's property.

No tree too big, and no space too small :)

nice pollard job today. left the trees to the spec of a customer as they requested to leave new growth.

A very merry Christmas from O.J tree services
I'd like to thank all of my customers for providing work for me ,for being very hospitable, reliable, and providing much needed cups of coffee "sometimes even cake "
And lastly for recommending me to others !
It's been a good year that has clearly indicated a good and steady progression of my business and reputation
This was my last dismantle before Christmas.

It took just 5 hours with the help of the customer, who had broken their hand attempting to be an arborist before calling me .
