Job Description
We are currently looking for 3 experienced Painters & Decorators to join our team on a self-employed basis, operating across the Norfolk and Norwich area.
We pride ourselves on delivering high-end finishes and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidates will not only possess a high standard of craftsmanship but also demonstrate a professional, polite, and customer-facing attitude on site.
Key Requirements
* Experience: Proven prior experience in professional painting and decorating.
* Registration: Must be CIS registered (Construction Industry Scheme).
* Equipment: Must provide your own professional tools and reliable transport.
* Insurance: Must hold valid public liability insurance.
* Work Ethic & Skills: A strong, reliable work ethic combined with excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
* Portfolio & References: Must be able to provide pictures/examples of past work and a minimum of one verifiable reference.

As always, we paid massive attention to detail on the finish across all surfaces—from the walls and woodwork to the flawless floors. It’s the small, precise details that bring the whole space together. ✨

Some more images of our project over in Barnham. It’s going to be fantastic to see these two side rooms used for health and wellbeing businesses.

The muted tones, industrial chic floors, and structural beams create a wonderfully calming effect. Additionally, all exposed timbers were meticulously fire-proofed as per regulations, and around 180 sqm of concrete floors were prepared and sealed. 💼✨

We recently sprayed out over 800 square meters of wall space and wood trim inside this stunning, newly built barn. The space was purpose-built to house a brand-new shop for our lovely clients over at The Painted Barn, and it’s going to perfectly complement their incredible cafe next door.

This was such a rewarding project to be a part of. The space looks fantastic, and the color choice—'Beau Geste' by Fenwick & Tilbrook - Premium Heritage Paints—was absolutely spot on. 🎨✨
