Further proof, if anyone needed it, that prep needs to be done carefully and can't be skipped or rushed. Failing woodwork and blemishes after a leaky window corrected but stripping, sanding, cleaning, filling, sanding and cleaning again. All before a lick of paint even thinks about touching a brush. Take your time, it's worth it.

Working my way through this customers bungalow with some history of severe cracking! Every few months a new room to sort out. This time it was the turn of the master bedroom. Everything repaired and looking good. Always nice to have a recurring client and gradually see the whole property transform.

To say I was underwhelmed by the work of the carpenter who installed this beading, is an understatement. I spent two days sanding, caulking and filling everything they left behind. I find it alarming that a professional could walk away from this saying it was complete.

Anyway, hopefully you'll agree that my time, effort and eye for detail has rescued it and left the result my customers deserved.

Staying on top of social media is definitely the part of the job which I neglect most! Going to do a post each day to catch up on what I have been doing (other than falling out of an airplane, turning 41 and going to the dentist twice!). So here is a front door glam up, done in a day for a customer selling their property. They didnt want a total overhaul and the paint is still wet in 'after' pictures so it looks a little streaky. But all in all, a successful job.
