Dear customers,due to a dreadful situation regarding a fraudulent and dreadfully inept issue following a forced migration from Virgin to 02 of my long time Mobile number I have been without a network connection,this is currently with the communications ombudsman on my behalf. If you need to contact me please could you either email me on [email protected] and/or message/call via WhatsApp on 07983979502 (usual number) and when I'm connected to WiFi (evenings/some customers) I will be able to pick these messages up and respond in the same way. I'm really am very sorry for the inconvenience which is totally beyond my control due to the malicious behaviour of 02 in taking monet for two phone numbers since this migration,one of which I have no knowledge of whatsoever and have stopped that direct debit whilst continuing to pay for my long time existing number. I'm having to patiently wait for the investigation by the ombudsman to be complete to resolve this I have requested my PAC code from 02 many times from 02 but they are consistently ignoring these requests to prevent me from taking my existing number to a competent and non fraudulent network provider at this time.
