Following on from my post a few weeks ago.
Here are a few before and the after photos.
What a transformation.
We took down the cupboard in the bathroom. That in itself wasn't easy as it had the main fuse board inside. This allowed us to change the bath and shower locations. When we took out the shower the floor was totally rotten under. Seeing that it, was decided to replace the whole floor.
Internal walls were taken down and replaced. We added a double niche for the customer.
The whole room was plastered.
Tiling and fitting of the bathroom suite and the finishing touches to finish.

Bathroom refurbishment started today. Total rip out. We had to remove more than we expected.
It's going to have all new stud walls built. Brand new flooring with added insulation.
We're going to change the layout changing the position of the bath and shower. Tiling to the walls and floor. And all new vanity units.
Looking forward to seeing the finished result.

Our latest bathroom refurbishment.
We stripped put the old bathroom back to bare bones.
Renewed the flooring, took out the didet. We swapped out the bath and replaced it with a new low level shower tray. New w/c, hanging vanity unit
Tiling to the walls and floor 300x600 laid in a brickbond pattern.

A massive transformation.

Latest bathroom refurbishment.
Old bath taken out along with the basin and w/c. A new shower tray installed in it's place. A w/c unit, basin vanity and 2 mirrored cupboards to finish.
The wall tiles are 200x100 metros laid in brickbond pattern finished with black grout.
Floor tiles are 300x600 black marble effect, also finished with black grout.
All work work carried out by Mark Raymond Tiling & Bathrooms .
The plumbing work was done by CT Plumbing & Heating.
