Sometimes it helps to use the proper accessories. We were asked to wire in a new heating zone at this commercial property but there was no chance of squeezing another set of cables into the already crowded make-do box. A full re-termination into a multi-zone wiring centre has made it a proper job 😃

And that’s a wrap - latest new build project brought to a close. This is a fully off-grid passivhaus incorporating smart lighting throughout, smart heating controls and rainwater/waste water harvesting and treatment respectively. The property benefits from a fully fledged cat6 structured cabling installation to enable full WiFi coverage throughout as well as wired points to tvs and the like. We’re currently wrapping up 1st fix of this totally off-grid passivhaus - there are some challenges when wiring buildings of this type but nothing that can’t be overcome. Looking forward to seeing this one develop 😃
