Just completed a re-roof to one side of this roof and used new concrete double pantile due to water ingress and going to do the other side later in the year.
We used a dry ridge system so they are easy to remove without damaging the new ridge, so they can be laid onto mortar when we are back to do the front.

Really old clay pantiles removed and new membrane and battens installed.
New neo pantiles were used to keep the look of the old roof and they looked really good once laid.

Another Re-roof completed this time in Hellesdon. We used the existing tiles as they were in good condition plenty of life left in them. New ridge as always and fully breathable membrane 👍🏽

Another re-roof completed locally.
This job was only meant to be a small repair job. But once the scaffold was up and we started to strip a section of roof it then become apparent that the roof was in a worse condition than expected.
So the customer decided to have it re-roofed.
We used new tiles as the existing tiles had gone past there best with them being over 60 years old.
Now tye customer can relax knowing there roof will now last them many years.

This job the customer asked us to re-use the old tiles if possible.
We ended up needing quite a few, and because we couldn't source of the tiles we required we put new tiles onto the rear of the property roof.
