Another bathroom upgrade completed in Norwich 👌

This job involved replacing an old wall-mounted basin with a modern vanity unit while working around existing pipework.

✔️ Old basin removed
✔️ Waste converted to modern plastic system
✔️ Vanity unit carefully modified to fit existing pipes
✔️ New tap installed
✔️ Fully tested – no leaks 💧

Customer had wall panels installed beforehand, and I completed the full plumbing side to achieve a clean, modern finish without major pipe relocation.

Dripping basin tap repaired ✅

In this video I fixed a rising spindle pillar tap that wouldn’t stop dripping.

✔️ Removed headgear
✔️ Replaced the bottom washer
✔️ Reseated the tap using a tap reseating tool
✔️ Repacked the gland with PTFE
✔️ Reassembled and tested

No more drip. No more wasted water.

Older taps can often be repaired instead of replaced — saving customers money.
