From metal partitioning to a fully plastered finish — progress you can really see 👷‍♂️

We started with a clean framework, installing the metal partitions to shape and define the space. This stage is all about precision — making sure everything is aligned, secure, and ready to support the next steps.

Once the structure was in place, boarding followed, closing up the framework and transforming it from a skeleton into solid walls. This is where the space really begins to take form.

Finally, the plastering stage brings everything together. Smooth, seamless surfaces replace raw materials, giving the space a clean, polished look and preparing it for decoration.
Every stage matters, and it’s great to see it all come together step by step. On to the next phase 🔨

Our latest on-going project based in North Walsham.

It’s not every day that a scissor lift is needed on our jobs but with these heights it’s required. Part of the wall to the front area is 10 metres off the ground.
92mm metal stud boxed together for strength and braced off block wall to take the spring out the wall. Then boarded with 15mm fireline board to offer fire protection to the building in accordance with the architects drawings.

•It’s 1/12th battery powered banger chassis supplied by Kamtec Modelsport
•Body shell is a Leyland EA.
•Van supplied by Danza Motorsports.
•Painted by Matthew Aitchison himself.
•Stickers by Scott Waite of KTech signs.
