🔷🔹NEW ROOF INSTALLATION - Another recent roof job flipped from old concrete plain tiles to new rosemary’s, didn’t take many photos throughout but still a great looking finish for this very satisfied customer.
🔹
Soffits fascia’s and gutters also replaced in black wood grain along with a flat window bay top, taking the lead away and supplied and fitted EPDM rubber.

🔷🔹NEW ROOF INSTALLATION - New roof with soffits fascia’s and gutters supplied and completed within recent weeks, really enjoyed this one!

At an old and battered stage we’ve turned this old rosemary roof into a brand new traditional pan roof requested by the customers looking great with the scaffold now down! Black wood grain soffits and fascia’s to go with it, can’t wait to see it rendered.

🔷🔹NEW ROOF INSTALLATION - Lovely Russel Grampian in smooth grey completed recently on this bungalow, constant mould and damp issues in areas due to how the extension was built into the existing roof and leaking issues on the back pitch due to age, but with the old leaking roof taken away and a new on on with a correct overlap to the rubber will now keep the water out completely, as always only to happy to help😃

ROOF REPLACEMENT - New roof installation for another very happy customer with concrete double romans in cottage red - more than ready, we would have given the old roof another 3 years of bad weather before things start falling apart really bad. Lattes rotten already due to multiple leaks before.

CHIMNEY STACK REBUILD - We’ve enjoyed this one, new stack built for a very satisfied customer having previous constant leak issues through pourus old brick work & moisture build up, even after having numerous amounts of work done to the previous chimney before hand by different contractors. The chimney is in use due to having a gas fire installed.

Brand new stack vented front and back for extra air flow removing moisture build up. Now all is left is a flue liner to be connected through the stack into the gas fire.

ROOF WINDOW INSTALLATION - We haven’t really advertised velux / Keylite roof window installations so we made sure to take some photos throughout this one!😆⚒️

Customer wanted more light and a fire escape due to a converted loft with use of electrics. We are only to happy we’ve been able to help install a top hinge keylite roof window for them, these windows also have the option to open centre pivot.
