Last weeks project.
This beautiful space needed a bit of colour, and my new client went with some earthy tones.
A few water stains on the ceiling and grease marks in the kitchen to deal with. Zinsser Aqua Bin made easy work of these.
Ceiling finished in Johnstone's white ultra matt.
Walls in Johnstone's durable acrylic matt.
Woodwork primed with Zinsser 123+ and top coated with Johnstone's white Aqua Guard satin.

Needless to say the client was thrilled 😜💪 happy days!

From flakey, run down forgotten garage, to bright shiny need your sunglasses to look at the garage! 😎😂

This took some graft. Scraped back the paint down to factory primer, lightly sanded, 123+ Zinsser primer, and 3! Yes 3! Coats of Zinsser white Allcoat. Even had to do an Saturday morning shift to get this finished off, as the weather was beating me friday afternoon 🌞

Oh and i got to use my prize RepairCare kit, frickin love that stuff it was so easy to use, I did however run out so its not perfect but its better. And yes i know the photos aren't the same side, I forgot to take a before of the left post 🥴 whoops!

Anyhow, customer is thrilled with it, jobs a goodun!!

What a transformation.
From jungle to regal.

Embossed vinyl wallpaper with a silver/blue colour.
Johnstones durable matt in frost fairy on the walls.
Ultra matt ceiling.
Aqua Guard gloss on woodwork.

Wow! This was a slog! 5 days prep 1.5 days painting.
Old lining paper stripped, walls sanded, sealed, filled, sanded, skimmed, sanded, mist coated.
My arms were in bits im not gona lie!

But.... its looks beaut!!! And there was one happy little boy 👏

Cooks blue on feature.
Twinkle blue as base colour.
Matt aqua guard white woodwork.
Ultra flat matt on ceiling.
