Charity Golf Day 2025! ⛳📸
 
Last Thursday, Shelly, James & Mark had the pleasure of joining the Allison Homes Charity Golf Day in support of the incredible work by Marie Curie UK💛
 
It was a fantastic day filled with great golf, food, entertainment, and excellent company, all while raising vital funds for such an important cause.
 
Our very own Mark Branch earned second place overall and the competition’s ‘closest to the pin’ challenge.
 
Thanks to Adam Partington from Locus Consulting Ltd. for joining us round the course and a huge thank you to Adam Knight and our friends at Allison Homes for the invite - we were proud to be part of such an inspiring event! 🙌✨

Project update! 🏡✨

We’re proud to be part of the incredible Mill House transformation, a renovation and redevelopment of the farmhouse, barns, and surrounding land.

As part of our design, the dilapidated dwelling was reconfigured to provide an open plan living space and extended into the roof space to provide much needed bedroom space.

We carefully refurbished the external facades back to the original condition to bring this home back to life.

This 13 unit development was part of a mixed used masterplan in North Nottinghamshire. A new viability was carried out which required for the housetypes and site plan to be amended to meet current standards. Internal layouts were refined, and the external facades were updated to suit the affluent yet historic context. We also worked with the client to create Employer’s Requirement documentation to streamline the tender process. We can’t wait to see the development start on site

Barn Conversion….we do that too.

Check out our scheme in Nottinghamshire where we are working with the developer to submit an application for conversion and additional new build dwellings.

We have taken a light touch approach by maintaining as much of the internal and external fabric whilst providing 2,3 and 4 bed dwellings.

We enjoy carrying out feasibility and tender/purchasing layouts for clients.

This is a viability layout we carried out for a development in Cambridgeshire. Our design utilised and enhanced the mature hedgerows at the centre of the site as public open space whilst allowing beautiful views into the countryside for the units.
