HOW BIG SHOULD A GARDEN GYM BE?

For most people a good size is 5m x 4m giving you plenty of space for equipment, weights and floor space.

If space is a little tighter, a 3m x 3m gym can still work well with some cardio equipment; maybe a treadmill and a few weights.

Height is just as important as floor space. Depending on where you build your garden room, you can usually get 2.5m to 2.7m internal height, or higher with an apex roof.

This gym is 5.8m x 3.6m with an apex roof.
