Last month we successfully handed over the full MEP package at St Margaret’s a project the team has put a huge amount of effort into over the past months.

The scope included the delivery of:
• Electrical distribution
• Power and lighting installations
• Fire alarm system
• Intruder alarm and access control
• Mechanical power
• Heat recovery, ventilation and air conditioning
• Domestic water services
• Drainage and installation of toilets and a DDA toilet
• Hot water plant

The finish line was in sight but we were held up slightly waiting on a meter upgrade outside of our control. Once this was resolved the team moved quickly to get all testing commissioning and final checks completed.
This meant we were still able to deliver a smooth client training day and successful handover.

It was a pleasure working alongside Singleton & Smart Ltd on this project.

🚧 Quiet online. Busy on site, Challeneges ahead⚡️

We have been relatively quiet on social media over the Christmas period and the early part of the year. This has not been through lack of activity but due to the festive shutdown and the commencement of new contract frameworks which unfortunately we are unable to share due to the nature and locations of the works.

It has been a very busy start to the year.

One of our key projects, a full MEP installation in Nottingham has now reached the testing and commissioning stage following earlier delays associated with incoming metering, which was directly client led.

Our team responded by adapting programmes and rescheduling commissioning activities, ensuring all power was fully energised this week.

As a result commissioning is now back on track for next week allowing full systems to be brought online and the project to progress toward final practical completion.

Alongside this our teams are also mobilised on a new framework agreement. While this is an exciting step for the business it is one we are unable to showcase publicly at this stage.

Handover at Wonder Pho, Thurland Street 🍜⚡

Another Nottingham refurbishment delivered – safely, smoothly, and to the highest standard. 🔧✨

Proud to announce the successful handover of the refurbishment works at **Wonder Pho, Thurland Street, Nottingham**.

Delivered on behalf of LMS Contracts and Maintenance, our team completed a full upgrade including:
• New distribution & power systems
• General lighting and feature lighting to enhance the dining experience
• Mechanical power
• Data installation
• Full fire alarm system
• Air-conditioning power

The lads absolutely smashed this one out of the park, navigating a few on-site challenges and still delivering engineering excellence throughout.
