🌍 Industry Insight: Leading Through Uncertainty

With ongoing tensions involving Iran, we are seeing familiar pressures re-emerge across the construction sector — rising energy costs, supply chain disruption and increasing material prices. For many clients, this creates uncertainty at a critical point in project planning and delivery. As Lead Consultant, our role is to bring clarity and control in situations like this.

We recently delivered a CPD session for one of our valued clients, providing an overview of roles and responsibilities under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 and the Building Safety Act 2022.

The session explored how these regulations affect clients, with a clear outline of their key duties and responsibilities throughout the construction process.

It was really well received and provided a valuable opportunity to support the client team with practical guidance around compliance, risk management and project responsibilities.

Feedback like this from Nova Education Trust means a huge amount to our team and reflects the collaborative partnership we’ve built together to support long-term estate planning and project delivery across the Trust.
