We have recently completed the electrical & plumbing works on this Krispy Kreme - existing store refresh in Milton Keynes. Our teams have worked extremely hard to ensure that all tight deadlines were met and to ensure minimum disruption to the client. The works involved new lighting, power & signage throughout and a whole new front & rear counter complete with all plumbing & drainage services. We continue to work alongside this famous brand and look forward to more exciting projects this year.

Our team of NICEIC electrical contractors have completed the full design and installation of the electrical services of this fabulous gym. Less than a 15-minute walk from South Gyle train station this gym is the perfect place for local commuters to work out. Working alongside the main contactor we are pleased to have carried out a successful electrical installation of this 24/7 gym. The complete installation was carried out in a 10-week schedule we completed the installation of Mains distribution, power, lighting, HVAC wiring, data cabling, addressable fire alarm system and music cabling. With new weight and cardio machines, a bright functional training space, zones for free weights and with no monthly contract it’s well worth a visit.

Into M&E Solutions are once again proud to announce the completion of another successful Electrical Installation working with the main contractor on our most recent Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists store based in Openshaw, Manchester. This store was able to continue to trade throughout the programme of works. The store has been rebranded throughout. The rebrand works has provided the store with five brand new consultation rooms, two diagnostics rooms and a new concept contact lens teaching area. New LED lighting has been installed as part of the new scheme including signage, power, data and fire alarm services also. Comfort cooling has also been added to all these new spaces to enhance the customer experience.

Tim Horton Penrith

We are delighted to announce that alongside the main contractor we have recently completed the M&E installation of this brand-new Tim Hortons Drive Thru & Restaurant at Penrith. Our M&E teams have taken our own initial design and successfully completed the full install. Including all works to provide Air Conditioning & Heat Recovery ventilation throughout front of house & food preparation areas. All associated mechanical plant & equipment has been fitted to a raised deck feeding all sanitaryware & equipment with hot/cold water services and supply/extract air. Our electrical team completed the install of electrical services, lighting & power throughout, including the impressive external Tim Horton branded signage. We have really enjoyed working as part of such a great team on this amazing project.

Working alongside the main contactor we are very proud to complete this amazing two level gym. Situated only 5 miles south of Edinburgh City Centre at Straiton Retail Park our team of NICEIC approved contractors have carried out a successful electrical installation which included the design and installation of lighting, HVAC wiring, data cabling, addressable fire alarm system and music cabling on this 24/7 gym. All works were completed within an 8-week schedule.

This new park in Wilmslow is now open and ready to welcome everyone to this amazing trampoline park. Into M&E Solutions working along the main contractor has finished the electrical installation of this fantastic park. This project comprises of full new fit out of the Jump arena, brand new commercial kitchen installations for a fully catered experience in the party rooms. New Digital audio and visual lighting and media has been installed so the experience from the area can be shared through the building and party rooms with friends and family. There are trampolines, a three-storey soft play area, climbing walls, an interactive games area, and a giant airbag with a dedicated camera which will beam out footage of people’s flips, tricks and dives
