We have been cracking on with the extension project, all the downstairs steel beams now installed and demo work done. First floor joists and floor boards installed, we're now ready for the exterior walls to go up. Now we've opened up the downstairs we can see the space and it's going to be fantastic.

There's been some good progress on the current project, we've got the main extension up to first floor height and knocked down the existing kitchen extension. We've got the joists being delivered soon and the steel beams are here ready to go. On the annex the first fix electrics and plumbing have been done, we've got the inside plaster boarded and just waiting on the bi-folds to be fitted at end of the week. There was a delay with the cladding but that turned up this week and we got most of it done and I have to say I'm liking the look of it. 🔥🔥🔥

We've been making great progress on the annex at our current project. The walls are up, the roof is done and water tight, internal studwork is in place for the bathroom and the walls have been insulated. Keep an eye out for progress on the house extension soon.
