Have used Martin now for 3 jobs, 2 of which were very small and low cost (both UPVC window repairs), the third was a replacement 'security' gate. In each case Martin took time to explain what the options were and his recommendations. He was also very flexible with his timing (the gate was made just prior to poor weather so Martin delayed the fitting until better weather to ensure it could be weatherproofed in decent conditions) I'm sure there are cheaper trademen around but we have been very happy to use Martin and will do so again.
