Loft conversion, rear extension and front porch works completed last year over in breaston.
Full overhaul on this project all plaster back to brick to enable thermal upgrades, re-wired , re plumbed, under floor heating to kitchen area.
New staircases accommodated with oak handrails and glass balustrade.
New oak doors through out.

Hip to gable loft conversion completed 2025 in chilwell.
Complete new roof in traditional rosemary roof tiles to be in keeping with the original features.
Dorma cladded in a marley cedral cladding.
Master bedroom, en suite and eaves storage area formed in the loft area.
Existing box bedroom on first floor formed into open plan office
