scam locksmiths and counterfeit keys , many of these people are criminals and will stoop to any level to ply there vile services.

It still shocks me that some roadside recovery engineers damage vehicle doors trying to gain entry to deadlocked vehicles , this is unnecessary damage .

Corsa D , top of door permently bent out , customer told it will settle , it wont as its bent !
Door and body dented and paint scraped off due to incorrect use of metal rods.
All unnecessary damage , we opened this in 1 minute fully non destructive.

Despite the recovery firm getting the customer to sign a disclaimer exhonerating them against damage , i dont believe this holds water , as the recovery firm should only send a professional who should act in a professional manner and who should follow correct procedure and who should have had adequate training and knowledge to attempt a job.

The way this door was bent the recovery opperator had no idea on how to use an airbag , no idea how to use a rod , no idea even that this vehicle will not open this way .

I dont believe their disclaimer is valid at all .

BMW 1 series , keys locked inside.
90 seconds to pick lock and retrieve keys .
We are dissappointed if our locksmiths take more than 3 mins to open a car lock .

I cant believe the nerve of some people , carol just had a right cheeky call .

Someone has a broken BMW lock , but wont pay for a locksmith to fix it so asked her to get the locksmith to call him and tell him how to fix it himself .

Bear in mind this is out of hours as well .
