Job Title: Office Administrator – Full Time
📍 Location: Nottingham, NG8
💼 Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm
💷 Salary: Above National Minimum Wage
About Us
Premier Restaurant Engineering (PRE) are a busy and growing commercial catering engineering company. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Maintaining and updating records, files, and databases
• Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks and document preparation
• Scheduling engineer call outs and coordinating diaries
• Assisting with basic bookkeeping and invoicing (training can be provided)
Skills & Experience
• Previous administration experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Sage experience would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
