Finished up the Godsworn Hunt today. A rare personal project and I'm pleased with how they came out. Lots of Contrast and Shade paints used on these. Also, some shiny, glistening blood with Tamiya Clear Red. Lovely stuff! :D

About Lead Belt Studio

Lead Belt Studio is a new venue in Nottingham, with a focus on painting great looking miniatures and teaching others to do the same. We promote a healthy, supportive, fun and enjoyable environment of creativity and inclusivity, where we can enjoy this wonderful hobby together!

WHY LEAD BELT?

In the early days of miniature manufacturing the casts of the models contained lead. The area around Nottingham was (and still is) a hotbed of miniature production, and it was often referred to as the Lead Belt!

Lead may no longer be used in miniatures, but Nottingham remains the Lead Belt in our hearts, so what better name for a studio located in the heart of the city?
