This customer had a Oak tree in the front garden....neighbours was unhappy because it was over growing over their property plus it had two phone cables going straight through the crown ....customer was thinking about having it removed but it was pollarded some time ago...so we suggested a re pollard and we revisit every few years to keep the tree from getting over grown
