We’ve worked with Rhino UK for a number of years, supplying the foam used in their car boot liner inserts for customers across the automotive industry.

Our automotive and transportation foams are designed, developed and sourced to suit the application, with materials selected for requirements such as noise reduction, vibration control, protection and durability.

A big milestone for Mr Whippy’s new £15m production facility in Sheffield, which has now completed its first full factory test launch. 👏

Getting a facility like this from concept to launch in just 13 months takes a lot of planning and coordination, with plenty of materials and components needed along the way, including foam products for insulation, sealing and protection - like those we manufacture!

We’re looking forward to seeing the facility move towards full production later this year.

Another job on the MaxiCam - this time it’s machining custom foam inserts to hold electrical equipment.

It has its work cut out for it today, with a large batch to machine. Once the programme is loaded, the MaxiCam follows the same cutting pattern for each insert, keeping the profile and depth consistent across the whole batch.

With each insert machined to suit the equipment it needs to hold, the finished batch will give each component a secure fit during storage and transit. 👏

GeoPura has signed an agreement to secure green hydrogen from the upcoming Bradford Low Carbon Hydrogen site in West Yorkshire.

The site is expected to produce up to 15 tonnes of hydrogen a day using renewable electricity, with production due to start in 2028. ♻️

Projects like this rely on a variety of materials during construction and operation, including foam products used for insulation, sealing and protection, like those we manufacture.
