We transformed this garden back in May, and the customer invited us back to finish the job by screening the rest of the fencing 😎

This week we were over in Nottingham, and as you can see from the before photos, we certainly had our work cut out!

We installed a wooden sleeper retaining wall around the perimeter, creating a much cleaner and more usable space, before finishing the garden with beautiful grey Indian sandstone paving.

A huge transformation and another job we’re really pleased with. 👌

Even better, we finished the week with a lovely review from the customer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well, what a week! ☀️🥵

It’s been an absolute killer working in this heat — especially laying tarmac! Not exactly the easiest material to work with when the asphalt just refuses to cool down!

Massive credit to the whole team though. A few late nights, some 12-hour shifts and plenty of hard graft to get this one over the line. 💪

✅ New tarmac driveway
✅ Charcoal block edging
✅ New dropped kerb
✅ New fencing
✅ New gate

🎉 WE DID IT — OUR BIGGEST PROJECT YET! 🎉

Over 600m² of landscaping completed across the rear garden, sides of the property and driveway in just 5 weeks and 2 days!

We finished only two days over schedule, despite a few customer-requested changes along the way.

The project included:

✅ 300m² of premium turf, fully edged with Sorrento blocks and decorative stone
✅ 30 metres of retaining wall
✅ Block pillars ready for automatic gates
✅ 150m² of full-bodied porcelain paving
✅ 150m² resin-bound driveway

The driveway base is complete—we’ll be returning to install the resin once the oils have settled in the newly laid tarmac.

In total, we moved over 300 tonnes of earth and materials!

We’re incredibly proud of the whole team for pulling this one off. It has been a huge project, and the finished transformation is something we can all be proud of! 💪🔥
