A quick site visit this morning, the electrician is putting the final touches to the project and we are at the snagging and final handover stage to assure our customer has the quality of work they have come to expect.

Just in time for the summer, I can just see the bi-fold doors open and a BBQ with a few friends out on the lawn. Or sat on a summer morning listening to the birds singing the morning chorus wile eating breakfast. Hmmm anyhow back to work we have dreams to build.

Mode Building have been busy over the weeks finishing off and final hand overs ready for clients to move in for summer. One or two new ones in the pipe line and initial costing to start so no rest for the team. A lovely picture this early morning of the guys lined up ready for work.

A quick stop into a finished job last week to see how things have been over the winter months. I think we can safely say they are settled in and enjoying the stunning views. Looking at the panorama from the kitchen the chore of washing pots and pans in the new kitchen is made far more pleasant. Hmm I wonder how many happy times are to be created in here? the snow covered hills in winter and a lovely BBQ in the summer. Well from all the Mode team we wish you well.

The weather outside is frightful but amazingly progress on site is delightful. The oak frame is well on its way to completion ready for the next step, on the overall build we are around half way and things will very quickly come together. We will have it glazed and the roof securely fitted to make everything water tight. All our sites are planned around creating minimal disruption so the client is tucked up warm and cosy inside planning the Easter holiday in the new extension. We will be closely following the progress of this site right up to the final hand over. I hope everyone is enjoying the photos.

We are busy in the office today, Poppy has been drafted in to help with the influx of paper work! Her phone skills leave a bit to be desired and the accountant is complaining why we need Bones and Tennis balls on each site???? Apologies Dave.
