Advise if your combi boiler stops working.
Try this before calling out a plumber.

There is a good chance your condense pipe is frozen.

How to thaw a frozen boiler condensate pipe. Thawing a frozen boiler condensate pipe's a relatively simple process. Locate the condensate pipe outside your property and pour warm (not boiling) water over it. After a few minutes it should've thawed and you can reset your boiler.
