Customer had a leak coming from the valley, we removed tiles to inspect and found a hole in the felt and also the felt was short and deteriorated at the end. So we added new felt and battens and also EPS trays to exstend the old felt to prevent any future problems. After this we removed the old weathered mortar from both valley and added new mortar.

Another job finished today, customer mentioned she could see light and Damp patches coming though the loft. Upon further inspection the mortar in the ridge and hip tiles was badly weathered so we repointed all four hips and both ridges to fix there issues.
