It’s been a while since we did a post!

Here’s a job we completed last autumn, one of my favourites. Lovely customers, lovely job. Thanks to Ron and Maureen for keeping our mugs full of tea and bellies full of cake!

Renovated the old slab area with some light York decking, took up the old sandstone and laid some fresh rustic sandstone in copper, jointed up with mushroom.

Out the front, we demolished the old curved brick wall, and built a new single skin wall with some red and blue ibstocks. Replenished the tarmac to match the now straight wall.

A garden excavation, 9 bays of feathered edge fencing with a diamond top trellis (painted), and just under 80sqm of exterior porcelain tiles, Whitestone.

Here’s a prime example of what happens if you don’t lay the slabs onto a base and a proper bed.

This shed was double skinned, and weeds have grown inside the cavity, causing it to fall apart. The slabs have also shifted over time, weakening the shed.
