40 sqm of silver Indian sandstone with titan resin Jointing compound

Start to finish on this project.

We only started out quoting for the 2 concrete bases and ended up doing....

3 ft sleeper retaining wall concreted in uprights and a concrete trench to reinforce. ✔️

Grade A turf layed 50 rolls ✔️

8 x 8 ft patio installed in grey paving slabs ✔️

14 x 8 outdoor room/office built from scratch, full rubber roof, insulated and boarded. Finished off with 3 anthracite grey long opening windows and double patio doors. Fully waterproofed.

2 concrete bases 14x10 and 12x10. We also replaced a little concrete ramp that had fallen into disrepair.

Lastly we dug out and hardcored the small front garden so the customer could install there own decrotive gravel at a later date.

Here is the end product to this transformation for a top tier customer Liam David Stanley and his wife Robyn.

So here we have;

45 sqm of 60x60 buff riven paving slabs including a odd shaped raised patio with a Brindle block paved edge to join into the grass.

Double raised planter bed along the length of the garden which i cant wait to see what they fill it with!

We raised the feather edge fencing to suit the raised patio.

Odd shaped stepping stones to join both patios nicely

extention of original patio which the customer done a great job laying himself when they bought the house 😉

To finish it off we built liam a bbq and table which matches the slabs nicely and completely transformed the area into a beautifully planned outdoor space.

ive used andy a few times for various jobs. fitted shower, outside tap, leaks in floor/ceiling ect.... hes always fast responding and usually comes out within 24 hours and decent price. will always use in the future

Large step down through rockerys to split this large garden into 2 seperate

12 x 6 ft bays, 5 ft feather edge panels, rock face gravel boards and concrete posts

1 x 7 ft bay having to use a 10 ft concrete post so we were in the ground enough to make it as strong as possible
