Excellent service as always! The lady in the office was fantastic at getting me a prompt visit and then booking in a follow up soon afterwards. Lee did a helpful visit to ascertain the problem and did a temporary repair to give me heating. Sam then fitted the part and checked the system was working. All staff are helpful, efficient and cheerful. Thank you! Keep up the excellent work!

After initial consultation, the date was booked and absolutely everything was handled by the team that attended including a couple of extra headaches which were managed all within the 2 weeks it took a to do a complete renovation. The bathroom was in desperate need of removal and has been replaced entirely with everything being coordinated for us and ran smoothly. The team that worked on the project were so personable and lovely to deal with including when things were really tricky. Have already recommended them to friends. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work involved and aftercare has been second to none to make sure everything was working and to our expectations.

James did a wonderful job of replacing our cold water tank. It was by no means a straightforward job but he did it so well and with such a friendly attitude. We didn’t even know he’d been here when he left, everything was so tidy. Thank you so much.

A great review from one of our customers in Weddington.

This was our second visit from Heating and Plumbing Solutions, this time to replace our Shower unit that a previous firm messed up. Mick arrived on time and was very hard working, in fact we had to stop him a few times to take a break and have coffee . The end result being outstanding, no mess, no fuss and a complete shower unit that works perfectly. Thank you to HPS and have already recommended you to others who have seen your work.

Vaillant do provide a very good service. Sometimes though it's easier to go with your local professionals who know their customers and heating systems personally.

'As ever James very pleasant and thorough. Also when discussing whether the heating system needed flushing he reassured that it did not explaining and demonstrating why. Also good discussion as to planning for replacement boiler/radiators in perhaps 3 to 4 years time. As ever pleased I swapped to Heating and Plumbing Supplies for my boiler maintenance over the contract I had with Valiant.'

'From talking to Jeanette and a full inspection from Lee to assess what we needed our worries and concerns were taken away, knowing we were dealing with a competent company to fit our new boiler. This was proved further when Jim and his colleague arrived who went above and beyond. Extremely polite and knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know re operating our new boiler.
