Celebrating 25 Years of Dedication! 🎉

We're proud to recognise Ray for reaching an incredible milestone – 25 years with Cartwright Homes.

Joining us as a Site Manager on our new build developments, Ray has played a key role in delivering countless quality homes for our customers over the past two and a half decades.

For the last six years, he has been a valued member of our Construction & Maintenance Department, continuing to bring the same dedication, knowledge and commitment that have made him such an important part of the team.

🌳 Alongside building new homes, we're proud to support projects that benefit the wider community and local environment.

We are delighted to share that we have planted 1,800 trees, consisting of Silver Fir, Macedonian Pine, Western Red Cedar, Japanese Red Cedar, Serbian Spruce, Western Hemlock, Silver Birch and Norway Maple.

The area of woodland had been affected by ash dieback. Following the removal of the diseased trees, new trees were planted to help restore the woodland and encourage biodiversity for years to come.

It's great to see the young trees already becoming established, and we're pleased to have supported the restoration of this local woodland.

At Cartwright Homes, we're proud to support a chosen charity each year through a variety of fundraising activities. This year, we're honoured to be supporting Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance.

As part of our fundraising efforts, our Sales & Commercial Administrator, Jade, will be taking on an exciting challenge by completing a skydive to help raise funds for this incredible local charity.

Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance provides lifesaving emergency care across our local communities, responding to emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As an independent charity, they rely on donations to continue delivering this vital service.

A chapter comes to a close 🏡

We are delighted to announce the completion of McArthur Gardens in Bedworth.

This beautiful development of just 9 bespoke homes has brought together a collection of 2-bedroom detached bungalows alongside stunning 3 and 4 bedroom detached family homes, creating a wonderful new community in the heart of Warwickshire.

In June, we were proud to hand over the keys to our final family, and with the completion of the road shortly afterwards, McArthur Gardens is now officially complete.
