Another day working with one of our repeat clients. 👷‍♂️

This project involved four flats under the same landlord, where we carried out damp-proofing works alongside preventative maintenance to help protect the properties for the future.

Preventative maintenance isn't always about the cheapest short-term fix—it's about investing in the property now to avoid much larger and more expensive repairs later. By dealing with issues early, we can prevent further damage, improve the condition of the building, and reduce ongoing maintenance costs.
