Book-Keeper / Admin Assistant

Roles will include;

Day to day book keeping.
General Office admin.
VAT submittions.
Preparing accounts and payroll.

Part time hours, but can be flexible.
Would suit a self motivated, forward thinking individual.
Experience with Xero would be an advantage, but not essential.
Previous experience within the construction/contracting industry would be an advantage, but again not essential.

Driving license essential. Working out of town, and occasionally working away from home may be required.

We are looking for someone to help in the day to day running of our office. This will include book-keeping, dealing with calls and emails, job scheduling, invoicing and quoting etc.
Averaging approximately 20 hours per week, we can be flexible with the hours, but ideally would be split over 3 days.
Excellent rates of pay, pension etc
Preferably we would be looking for someone with experience in this line of work, especially accountancy and job management software, although full training will be given.
