Re-roof just completed in Poynton, complete strip of old tiles, battens and old brittle felt down to the roof spars. New breathable membrane along with treated 2” x 1” timber battens put down at the correct gauges, new smooth grey concrete tiles laid with matching ridge tiles using a dry ridge system (maintenance free) new lead slate (around soil pipe) and dry verge end caps installed to all verges (also maintenance free). Full Re-roof completed in Hazelgrove. Breathable felt was laid along with treated 2” x 1” timber battens, hidden bonding gutters where house joins to the neighbour. Smooth grey concrete tiles and ridges fitted using a dry ridge system (maintenance free) and finished off with anthracite dry verge (maintenance free). Re-roof just completed on Chester road poynton, old roof removed down to bare joists with new breathable membrane and treated battens installed, new clay medium mixed brindle Rosemary tiles laid to keep the look, Duracoat ridge tiles to match which are dry fixed, all lead to chimneys and valleys replaced with new. Another reroof just completed on the Bosden farm estate. Old ridge tiles, roof tiles battens and felt removed and disposed of all in one skip then replaced with new breathable felt, treated 2”x1” battens along with smooth anthracite tiles and matching ridges, dry verge caps were installed and a dry ridge system meaning no future maintenance for the customer. Full re-roof just completed in Offerton. Old rosemary tiles,ridges and battens were removed, new breathable felt installed along with treated 2 x 1 roof battens, new sandtoft rustic red roof tiles with matching ridge tiles dry fixed without the need of mortar (maintenance free). lead to the valleys and chimney replaced using code 4 lead and finally dry verge end caps installed to the front apex.
