💦🚿Another bathroom ticked off the list. 🛀🚽

After the customer had a emergency leak they decided to do a entire bathroom refurbishment.

We removed a bath, tiles, rusty towel rail, toilet and basin set. We then installed full bathroom cladding for ease of cleaning and uniformaty, drainer style none slip tray, relocated the shower, rimless toilet and vanity unit along with new towel rail and element.

Had a bit of a rush on this one, luckily in-between the bad weather. Removed a very old Grant and fitted a higher efficiency Grant vortex system boiler. Benefiting from our Grant approval it now has a extented warranty and a matching filter protecting the boiler.

Luckily it's still very mild but being a combi boiler still a bit of a rush to get this one swapped over. Unfortunately the old one had one issue after another and spares getting very difficult to find, with the internal leaks etc landlord decided it was time to swap out and take advantage of our Grant approval to get 10years warranty!

After skimming the ceiling, replacing studs, reboarding walls we could finally start transforming it into the photos you see above. (Electrician returned to finish off)

Sorry! Forgot the before photos...

Ensuite needed a bit of an update, new shower tray lowered to the floor, comfort height toilet, low maintenance cladding and non slip Lvt flooring. Customers went for very neutral colours with accessibility being top priority.
