So we’ve been back at The Strand in Topsham, since coming back from our Christmas break.

We stripped the soil back in mid September, to allow the grass roof to be re-tanked as the old Bitumen tanking system had slowly started to give up, as you can see the new system has been finished, so we’ve been back to place all 600ton of soil back on the roof.
Just a couple finishing touches to do and we’re all complete on this phase, then back mid spring to top dress with screened topsoil and turf, just awaiting confirmation!
