We’re currently looking for a skilled and reliable Fire Door Installer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work nationwide on a variety of projects involving installation, repairs, and remedial works to fire doors.

🔧 What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly wage (negotiable depending on experience)
• Overtime paid at time and a half / double time
• Company van with all tools provided
• iPad and fuel card included
• Regular working hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Start ASAP

🧰 Key Responsibilities:
• Installation of fire doors across various commercial and industrial sites
• Conducting repairs and remedial works to ensure doors meet required standards
• Completing work efficiently and to a high standard of compliance and safety
• Accurate job reporting using the provided iPad

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with fire door installation and/or maintenance
• Willingness to work nationwide and occasionally stay away if required
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Experience with other industrial doors or gates is a bonus, but not essential
• A full UK driving licence

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Works Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within our industrial door and facilities maintenance division. This is a key leadership role, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing business that values quality, safety, and efficiency.

🚪 About the Role:
As Works Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of engineers, coordinating jobs and schedules, overseeing quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. You’ll play a central role in bridging communication between engineers, office staff, and clients.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day management of site teams across industrial door and facilities maintenance works
• Planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for reactive and planned maintenance jobs
• Ensuring all work is completed to relevant standards and regulations
• Liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver high levels of customer service
• Conducting site visits, quality checks, and health & safety audits
• Supporting engineers with technical advice and on-site decision-making
• Managing stock levels, materials, and equipment requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a supervisory/management role within industrial doors, shutters, loading bay equipment, or facilities maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge of door systems, mechanical/electrical repairs, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Effective communicator with the ability to lead a team and build client relationships
• Full UK driving licence required

Carrying out firedoor audits in schools around the Sutton Coldfield region.

Checking all corrdior and classroom timber doorsets, making sure they comply with current standards.

We provide each door we assess with its own written report making it easier for the client to breakdown when it comes to remedial or replacments that are recommended. This also helps locate doors when there are large numbers of assets across site.
