City centre project - 53two

We took on the challenge and feel we have delivered to a stage were the great people at 53 two could show potential clients and friends around the new facilities.

Greenroom, Wc , changing rooms, kitchenette, electrical, heating , ac and air handler all installed and ready to use.

Phase 3 complete ready for new schedule for phase 4 💪🏻

Can’t thank the team enough for all their hard work doing later days and nights to make sure Simon naylor and his team could have the first of many events at this amazing city centre venue.

The only way is up! 🚐💨💨🩷🙌🏻🤩

Steelwork for loft conversion installed and roof structure rebuilt front and back.

have done an amazing job on all roof work and plastics 🙌🏻

Our brickies like a challenge and certainly didn’t disappoint when it came to keeping all features when creating a new window opening.

City centre project!!

is now moving into the next phase with the electricians and Ac contractors working on the theatre side with ourselves working on the frontage and preparing for the piling contractors to start next week. Then we’ll be on to the mezzanine being installed.

It’s a dirty job but someone’s got to do it! 💪🏻

The next phase at is well underway!

High pressure cleaning to reveal some of the arches best features but at the same time trying to maintain the industrial look!

This theatre will be something special once complete!

Altrincham Project!

We needed to wait for the structural engineers to come to an agreement for underpinning the entire footprint of the house.

We finally managed to get started!

Over half way there on underpinning now and central load bearing walls rebuilt.

have been out to design the full system which we will implement in this cellar conversion!

Watch out for the end results of the mid project in the coming months 🙌🏻

We can then continue with getting stuck into this!!
