Our site in Stirling has been complete this week and 7 days ahead of programme, even with access restrictions to the upper floor. This has now allowed the fit out contractors early access, making the overall project completion date ever more achievable.

We specialise in Cat A Strip out which is the process of returning a commercial space back to its basic landlord-approved state and these are the results when our team are involved.

We’ve removed:

- Partitions
- Kitchens
- Glazed Screens
- Mechanical and Electrical Components
- Floor Coverings

And two days early!

Structural demolition works have now been successfully finished.

The job was carried out safely and efficiently from start to finish, with all key phases delivered as planned. A well-coordinated effort across the team ensured everything ran smoothly and on schedule.

A welcomed bit of Sun on our Hyde Heritage restoration project.

The failed roof of the former Lord Ashton’s 200 year old Manor has been removed.

We’ll be installing a diminishing Burlington Slate Roof, as was originally spec’s way back in 1830.

All set up for the final day of demolition on our Greenfield project.

The residential properties to the rear of the building have received 24h notice of our planned works.

The site team have remediated all the foundations behind the final standing facade to protect the neighbouring properties from noise and dust, limiting the disruption they’re exposed to.

Planning is a vital part of ensuring a project runs smoothly, however consideration to site surrounding can sometimes be overlooked. This in turn can come at great detriment to the project’s public opinion, at QGNW we aim to implement as many control measures as possible to minimise our impact.
