10mm 5 core EV ultra cable ran 40 meters through ducting under the car park.

PEN fault detection unit relocated to a more suitable position.

63A MCCB installed due to charger overloading a power distribution board - EV charger seperate to all other power circuits.

new lighting supply and shower feed installed in a new ground floor wet room with x 2 timed humidity fans.

new multi zone heating system installed - controlling heating to the downstairs and upstairs radiators separately.
