We are on-site at the new Hickory's Bold Heath!

This time, we are installing one of our bespoke commercial kitchens on the site of the former Griffin pub, located on the old turnpike road from Warrington to Prescot.

This historic building is undergoing a full transformation that will make it unrecognisable once completed, and locals are already getting excited to try Hickory’s signature taste of the South with their trademark hospitality.

Hickory’s Wootton Complete & Open Today!

Last week we handed over another high-spec commercial kitchen and custom bar build for Hickory’s Smokehouse, completing the transformation of the former ‘Bystander’ pub in Wootton, Oxfordshire.

Opening its doors today, this site marks the very first Hickory’s in the county, bringing their signature authentic Southern-style BBQ and neighbourhood bar experience to the local community for the first time.

To support the high-volume demands of Hickory’s pitmasters, we engineered and installed a purpose-built smokehouse kitchen from the ground up. Alongside the culinary setup, we delivered our custom internal bar structures, designed to optimise workflow and keep service fast and seamless during peak periods.

Anyone who remembers the old venue on Besselsleigh Road will be amazed by the scale of this redevelopment. The entire site has been completely reimagined into a destination venue that is unrecognisable from its former life.

We’re proud to have played our part in bringing this project across the finish line. A huge congratulations to the entire Hickory’s team on another outstanding opening; we know Oxfordshire is going to love it!

We're entering the final phase of our involvement in the Manchester City Pep Guardiola Stand development.

With fans already getting a first look at the new concourses during test days, work continues across a number of areas as the wider project moves forward.

We're proud to have played a part in supporting this major transformation and contributing to several key aspects of the development.

Proud to have played a part in Manchester City's new Women's First Team facility.

As part of the recently completed building at the City Football Academy, Dawnvale delivered the fit-out of the kitchen and refectory areas.

Working closely with the club's chefs and nutrition team, we helped create an open-plan commercial kitchen designed to support the day-to-day needs of the players. The project also included the main dining area overlooking the Joie Stadium, along with a breakout space featuring relaxed seating and flexible meeting areas.

A bespoke snack station was also incorporated near the main entrance, developed alongside the club's dietitians to provide convenient access to refreshments and nutrition throughout the day.

It was a pleasure to work alongside Manchester City on a project that provides a high-quality environment for the club's Women's First Team.

With only a couple of weeks to go until the new season starts, many clubs are entering the final stretch of hospitality refurbishments after working right through the summer break.

But this time 3 years ago, we were only just getting started on The Alliance at Birmingham City.

With a rapid 3.5-week deadline to complete the club’s most premium hospitality suite, it became one of our fastest projects to date, handed over on time, the day before the first home game of the season.

Built to mark the new era under Tom Wagner, this invite-only space set a brand new benchmark for St. Andrew’s.

The success of that initial project led to Dawnvale returning the following season to fit out seven additional hospitality suites alongside multiple stadium upgrades, elevating the matchday experience for fans while driving strong commercial ROI for the club.

We have officially landed in Oxfordshire to install another signature kitchen, working on what is set to be an incredible transformation.

Located in the former 'Bystander' pub on Besselsleigh Road in Wootton. The venue closed its doors back in April to kick off this massive redevelopment that will be unrecognisable once complete.

While other companies have been doing their part in the project, it is now our turn to bring our commercial kitchen expertise and install the meticulously designed smokehouse kitchen.

This marks the very first Hickory’s Smokehouse in Oxfordshire; the locals must be looking forward to trying what is fast becoming the UK’s favourite Southern smokehouse brand.

From Fit-Out to Service & Maintenance with Rochdale Council

We don't just build venues; we also look after them.

Our Service & Maintenance department was recently appointed to look after the prestigious Rochdale Town Hall.

This amazing building underwent a stunning £20 million renovation a few years ago, featuring bespoke bars by Dawnvale.

Our team will be looking after all bars and kitchens within the building, with special attention to their beautiful restaurant, The Martlet Kitchen.

Like our fit-out team, our service team operates up and down the country, but it gives us a sense of pride when we are involved with local landmarks.

Bespoke Premium Furniture for a long-standing client.

Our furniture manufacturing team was commissioned to create a series of bespoke pieces for several of the Crow Wood Hotel & Spa suites, including the Towneley, Royal, Pendle, Houghton, Calder and Bowland Suites.

Working closely with the hotel team, we transformed their ideas into fully bespoke furniture, manufacturing made-to-order sofas designed specifically for each room. Alongside this, we produced a collection of custom tables and matching console tables, all tailored to the hotel's requirements.

A key feature is the custom embroidery on the back of the side chairs, showcasing the hotel's logo. It is a really nice personal touch that adds an extra layer of exclusivity and refinement to the bespoke design.

We've had the pleasure of working with Crow Wood Hotel & Spa for more than 15 years, supporting the business through numerous projects. It's been brilliant to watch the hotel and spa continue to invest, evolve and strengthen its already impressive guest experience.
