Some times the hatch needs moving and we need to patch up the old hole. Not a problem, it's included in the service. Even trying to match any ceiling artex. Once painted, this patch will blend in lovely.

Loft hatch and ladders installed. I alter the ceiling structure to take the new size of hatch and make sure it can take the new strains. Ladders rated up to 150kg (23stone). Suitable for any ceiling height upto 2.9m.
