EMERGENCY! Called to change the locks on a property after a burglary, where the spare keys had also been stolen. Arrived, replaced the locks from stock, keyed alike a pair for the patio doors all within a couple of hours of the incident happening.

EMERGENCY! Called to a family that were locked in their property. They called a 'locksmith' who damaged their door frame, snapped their cylinder, removed their gearbox and was unable to replace it as he 'didn't have one in stock. He then said he would 'be back tomorrow', left the whole mess on the floor overnight, took an amount of cash as payment and blocked the residents number. They left the property not allowing the door to be shut. This is shocking.

I arrived, replaced the gearbox from stock, replaced the cylinder, replaced the strip in the door and got it fully functioning again within an hour. Please, do not use the first 'locksmith' that appears on a search engine. Do not get scammed like this example.
