Taking it back to September when we proudly completed the full fit-out of Arthur’s Bar, Omagh 🍻

From concept to completion, this project was all about bringing a vision to life — blending comfort, nostalgia, and the timeless charm of a true local pub. From bespoke joinery and a standout bar installation to every carefully chosen finish, no detail was overlooked.

Fast forward to now… and it’s thriving. 🙌
A space full of atmosphere, great energy, and proof that trusting the process really pays off.

🎯 When heritage meets high expectations: AMD has completed the transformation of Margot (Bar & Restaurant) and Rudi (Nightclub) in the heart of Belfast—two venues brought to life inside a protected, listed building where every decision matters and nothing happens by accident.

Working within a historical structure is a bit like playing Jenga with the past: one wrong move and the whole thing lets you know about it. But challenges like that are where our team thrives.

🏛️ What set this project apart?
Breathing new energy into a listed building demands precision, patience, and a borderline–mystic understanding of how to modernise without compromising heritage. From structural constraints to protected features, every square metre came with its own personality—some charming, some… slightly less so.

Through tight sequencing, careful coordination with conservation requirements, and obsessive detail management, we delivered a project that blends bold hospitality design with respect for the building’s history.

⏱️ Delivered for opening night—exactly as promised.
Despite complex constraints and a packed programme, both Margot and Rudi opened their doors on the dot. The result? Two standout venues in Belfast’s hospitality scene—one stylish, warm, and atmospheric upstairs; one immersive, high-energy, and nightlife-ready below.

✨ Recent project highlight:
A multi-phase refurbishment completed in a live city-centre heritage environment, finished on schedule and with zero compromise on quality or design intent.
